Types of events

 A real world event occurring for all players that is a start of a in game event (such as the flash flood or spring event) typically lasting less than a minute in cinematics, and happens in any real vosher game without a clear countdown (eg: solar eclipse mini event, destabilization event, 100-year snowstorm, spring) 

Mini-event

 In game events happen any time at any place with no countdown. no preliminaries, and no aftermath. These events are triggered by a player and last only to the players in the same server. This event contains no story playable cinematics, but may feature an animation to kick it off. (eg: big boss battles like 'rift', entering any dimension, acquiring a 'big' achievement) 

In-game Events

 Cinematic story based live events with dialogue, cutscenes, animations, and much more. These live events are kicked off with a countdown at the end of a season, and are real time for every player on a server. These live events take place on a separate limited playlist for the event. Live Events are usually the finale of a season and a small introduction to the new season. These events last usually around 20 minutes. (eg: hyperspace arrives, Anarchy reigns, galactic showdown, corroded away. 

Live Events

 These live events are not real time with no countdown. They are shown when a player enters the first world after the live event, and show most of the new features, mechanics, items, and vosher pass skins. None have happened yet, but the first is soon. These events will last around 5-10 minutes, but they are skippable. (eg. None yet, but one will occur at the start of season 7)
